高溫用途易使橡膠老化，所以在選擇優質的橡膠輥面的同時，輥芯的冷卻設計也非常重要。采用大通水量的螺旋流道設計，使輥面溫度均勻可控。
精密的研磨加工設備確保橡膠輥面與兩端軸承的同軸精度，多種靜平衡、動平衡校正工序，即使在轉速極高的雙向拉伸薄膜等生產線設備上使用也能夠穩定、運轉。
